Sorry for the lack of updates. Been busy lately. Anyway, here's the breakdown.

I spent the weekends crashing over at Adek Khairil's place. Had fun. (:

Monday was the start of the final stretch of school for me as a Year 1 student. It was pretty much ok. As our IDS crit was on a Thursday, we ended school early. I slacked with the DID clique before hanging out with the DCMD kids at Bugis.

Tuesday, James' IDR assignment for the term has been released. We're expected to draw the plan, elevation, section, axonometric and detail drawings of our Tetris unit WITH the complex structure within. I've got no clue whether we're supposed to follow the plans as given to us in Term 3 or whether we're supposed to figure out our own measurements and draw it out but I do know that we have to draw it out according to the 1:20 scale. I'll wait for James to upload the slides onto Blackboard. IDC wise was ok. I was pretty damn slow in doing the 3D Max trial test. And guess what? XDM's being shifted on alternate weeks. On odd weeks (9, 11 and 13), we will have an XDM mass lecture from 3.30 to 5 in MLT1. Means I will have 4 1/2 hours of break before the mass lecture starts. On even weeks (10, 12 and 14), we will have our XDM lesson as per normal on Thursdays; same time, same place.

Wednesday. HTI lecture as per normal. It was interesting. Started my training at Haagen Daaz at CP from 4 - 5.30. The training was more theorical based rather than practical based. We had to learn the acronyms and the policy and shit.

Today I had my crit session for IDS. It's super unfair that Elaine said 'Yours is the worst model I've ever seen'. That was like a tight slap right across my face. I was like thinking 'You haven't even seen the entire class's model YET. You haven't seen Kelly's model yet. Kelly's model literally FELL APART the moment she stepped into class and you still say that mine's the worst model all cuz it was slanted, the columns and beams were not to scale and also cuz of my Term 1 work?!'

I'm not pissed at all cuz I know it was my fault. I misread the measurements and did the model wrongly. But your comments about my model being the WORST one you've ever seen was totally uncalled for. Oh well. I'll redo the wrong parts and prove you W.R.O.N.G.

Tomorrow's my first official day of working. After that, I'm heading down to NYP to catch my younger brother, Adek Khairil, and his band performing at NYP Jams! They got into the finals!
