My last blog entry for the week! Wee!

So I spent the entire weekend at home doing my assignments. Jyeah. I know. I have no life. It's a common thing for ALL design students once school reopens. I'm a Year 2 student now and boy. Am I ~~looking forward~~ to it. Oh well. At least I'm keeping up with the first week's assignments for now, as I've done most of it EXCEPT for the revising and memorising of the CP 83 symbols for this Thursday's IDC class test, something which I'll tackle AFTER Idol Gives Back on Channel 5. I don't know whether this new attitude of mine towards my assignments will remain the same and be consistent throughout the whole year or whether it will simply run out of steam and ends up with me falling back towards my old attitude, which is to chiong. (:

Oh well. shrugs shoulders Take things one lil baby step at a time.

Anyway, I honestly pity the freshies. It's only the first week and they are already complaining of the workload. 30 sketches, self portrait and hand drawing, perspective drawing, essay and mindmap, color wheel, paint ball. Based on what I heard from my lil brother, Joash, most of them are on the verge of giving up just cuz the color wheel is too hard for them. I was like 'FUCK NO. The color wheel is the most basic piece of shit to do! If they can't even do the basics and already feel like giving up at the very start, they'll suffer in the long run and they've got like what? 2 MORE YEARS TO GO!'

Come on freshie babies. DON'T GIVE UP. Your seniors have and are currently going through the same thing. Stress. Sleepless nights. Chionging our asses off. This is only the basics so please do NOT give up. You give up now and you'll pay for it in the future. Approach any of your seniors for tips or guidance cuz you guys are just like our younger siblings and as Fah puts it, her babies, which I whole-heartedly agree.

Oh well. Gonna start revising for my CP 83 test now. Toodles!
